Washington P.C. - Hydroxychloroquine, a drug used by millions for decades as anti-malarial and immunosuppressant suddenly got labelled as a deadly poison on google search engine once Dr. Stella Immanuel, a licensed physician from Texas claims to have successfully treated almost 350 COVID-19 patients with it. Instead of demanding data of patients treated by her for peer review to cross examine her claim, she has been labeled as a licensed witch doctor by the media. “It has nothing to do with  the fact that she is from Africa, but we believe only a witch doctor can treat COVID-19 patients with Hydroxychloroquine”, claims Dr. Ganjay Shupta a media correspondent. “I mean it destroys our narrative that COVID-19 has no treatment, no cure and gives some glimmer of hope to general public which we really don’t want them to have till November elections. Otherwise, they may end up voting for Trump again and that is not good for medicine”, Dr. Shupta continues.
