Healthcare Providers Fired for Good Medicine but Bad Satisfaction Scores

A physician and a nurse were fired for practicing good medicine but carrying bad satisfaction scores as Lord Have Mercy Hospital.
"They don't know what the hell they were doing", replied Mr. Cheapest Executive Officer, the CEO of the hospital. "They could be practicing good medicine but it wasn't enough to get us good patient satisfaction reviews", Mr. CEO continued.
When asked by Satiristan representative that if he thinks his response was out of proportion and he could have overreacted, Mr. CEO responded quite shamelessly, "We lost our bonus over their negligence and it's not something to be ignored. We wanted to set a precedent that such type of behavior won't be tolerated that can put the hospital's reputation at stake".
Satiristan also investigated from the patient, Mr. Non-Compliant, whose bad reviews ended the careers of a nurse and a physician. His response was quite fascinating as well, "I don't care if they saved me from an impending heart attack or stroke. All I know that I didn't get my pain meds in time, my gallon of soda and cigarettes. And that's all what really matters."
